I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable but lacked heating in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was convenient for visiting Durham, but being on a busy roundabout made it a bit noisy. The service at the reception desk was friendly, but there were some hiccups with a false alarm that woke up my baby. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
